ANS provides products and services for the provision, connection, and management of data centers, server rooms, and computer networks. In a rapidly evolving and innovative market, ANS has maintained a stable position for more than twenty years thanks to a very simple strategy: the customer and their challenges are always a priority. We closely monitor the energy consumption of data racks, optimize fiber optic connections, or design complete data centers and networks. To maintain our strategy and support us in our growth, we are looking for reinforcements for our Technical Service department.

What does an IT Technical Department employee do at ANS?

First and foremost, you become an indispensable colleague for the technical and commercial departments. You analyze customers’ inquiries and solve their technical problems. If necessary, you schedule appointments with customers to demonstrate products and systems, or to install them. Additionally, you ensure that all new devices are tested and ready for installation.

As you can see, ANS customers rely on your technical expertise every day. This is a great responsibility that will give you a lot of satisfaction. Our most important clients are entrusted to your good care.

Who are you?

For this position, a healthy dose of curiosity and a willingness to learn is necessary. Being alert and having a problem-solving mindset will also come in handy. Additionally, it helps if you can work well independently, are customer-focused, and eager to dive into data centers and computer networks.

Thanks to a degree in IT and/or 2 years of relevant experience in the IT sector, you have a thorough knowledge of computer networks and data centers. Since we work with Cisco, knowledge of these products is a huge plus. You also understand the technical dimensions of WiFi, fiber optic technology, KVM, CWDM/DWDM, and PDU.
